Southwest Student Writers Author Book - Why We Ink

Project InkPossible is a dream finally come true for Wise Ink. When we began our beloved blogback in 2012, reaching young writers was a distant goal for the future.

Now, with the growth of our blog audience and start up creative agency, the future is now. We’re making good on pursuing our other passion: teens who write.

This summer, we’re publishing an anthology by 15 teens in the Twin Cities and awarding each a $100 scholarship. The idea is to get out in the community and reach young authors & book lovers and empower their passion with a hands-on publishing experience.

Southwest Japanese World Language Students Tour Japan

Dear Colleagues,

Eight Southwest students went to Japan from June 9 to 22nd.  

They had a wonderful time at Kasugaoka High School, Izumo Hokuryo High School, touring and with host families. 

 Kazuki and Tommy who were exchange students from Japan joined us in Tokyo.
