Southwest Dance at Patrick's Cabaret Nov. 16 7 pm

Dance Fundraiser will be this Sunday (Nov. 16) at the wonderful Patrick's Cabaret on Minnehaha and Lake St. in Mpls.

Advanced Dance will be raising money for scholarships for students during the year to attend concerts, take dance classes in the community and generally give to worthy causes.  

7:00 p.m. the fun begins as students perform their "Duets" that they've been preparing this semester.  Karl Schwartzkopf's first piece of choreography is tender and cerebral, Iman and Khadijah Siferllah-Griffin's is rhythmic and kinesthetic, Nate Kay and Tess Dutton(unlikely duo) have combined their hip hop and ballet technique in the most riveting way that out does anything you might see in the movies.
