Southwest renovation and addition, The view is looking to the east and north. What you are seeing is the new roof being built over the new kitchen.
Construction continues at a rapid pace. Building seems more positive than demolition. Even though one has to happen to begin the other. The foundations are being poured and preparations for the back fill and first set of pourings.
The west addition also continues. The outer walls are now in the green stages. Roof should be completed in a week or so. The repair to the entrance at door 5 continues.
Parking and movement around the high school is difficult. The water and waste water repairs by both the construction team and the city make street travel bumping if possible. The parking is a challenge with construction and various restrictions.
Parts of the new construction are scheduled to be in used this fall. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2016.
