| Marita Pelecis Scholarship Winner Minneapolis Viva City 2016-17 High School Visual Art Exhibition |
Scholarship winner, Marita Pelecis constructed the entire outfit pictured. She designed the skirt, blouse and wrap and sewed the garmet. She crafted the jewerly including the braclet, necklaces and hat band - all made of metal. The belt and decorative outline on wrap are hand weaved with design by Marita.
