Positive Parenting of Teens: Communication - Sue Fust
Good communication is one of the most important aspects of building healthy family relationships but parents and teens often have difficulty communicating.
This workshop will help parents understand communication styles, employ active listening techniques, and learn how to prevent talks from becoming arguments.
Sue Fust is a developmental psychologist who currently works for MN Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention & Parenting. She has taught courses in child development and parenting teens and does trainings for professionals working with teen parents. She has two children in their 20s.
