Southwest construction continues. Concrete trucks roll in and out throughout the morning. Metal decking covers the concrete. Work continues. And now signs of a roof. The three-story structure will be covered shortly.
Getting the new building enclosed prior to bad weather is important. The west addition is almost complete and those rooms will open September 21.
Four rooms on the east side opened at the start of school. These are located in what was previously the Media Center. Two more rooms will open in October.
Kitchen and cafeteria are projected to be ready in February. The complete project will open fall of 2016.
