Now Official- Turn on the Lights

 

The Southwest Committee met with the Fulton Neighborhood Council last night and announced the beginning of a project to install lights at the Southwest Stadium.

 An overview of the project was presented by District officials and the architectural firm.  The project has an ambitious timeline and is seeking to have established funds to begin the project around February with completion in time for the fall sports season.

The entire project for Phase 1 – the stadium lights – is estimated at $225,000.  All funds will be through the efforts of the committee and donations.  More information about the kick-off social and other fund-raising efforts will be announced.

So the campaign begins – Turn On The Lights

Send in your donation to Southwest High School Foundation and in the memo line write Turn on the lights.
