The SAGE AWARDS
(named after Sage Cowles and represent the Twin City Dance Awards for the year)
have nominated our very own Iman and Khadijah Siferllah Griffin for best
"Dance Ensemble" this year .
As 9th Graders these two got a
performance award for "I'm Muslim; Don't Panic" and now as seniors
their newly started company S.H.E. was nominated for "Ninth Inning".
This is a high compliment and unprecedented when it comes to awarding
teenagers in the company of adult dance companies and dancers.
The Awards
will be at the Cowles Center on Tuesday Oct. 18th at 7:00 p.m.
Congratulations Iman and Khadijah. You inspire us all.
