The Southwest Foundation is looking
for student volunteers for two
projects:

The
first is a data entry project, helping alumni researchers present their work on
the faculty history at Southwest. We need a student who has access to a
computer and likes to enter data into Word documents. We estimate the project
will take about 4 hours.

The
second project is delivering invitations to the October 8th Open House to our
neighbors around Southwest. It will be an after school project on Friday,
September 30. Pizza is included! The project will take about 2 hours.
Booster
groups, if your team would like to volunteer as a group to do the invitation
delivery, we have a donor willing to make a contribution to your Booster Club!
We can find a
convenient time the weekend of the 30th, 1st, or 2nd. If you or your student
can help with either of these projects, please email ellen@southwestfoundation.org.
For all families: please join us at
the Grand Opening and Open House on October 8th, 1:30 - 4:30!
