Senator Al Franken’s Staff Led College Affordability Resource Nights
"Navigating the process of paying for college can be incredibly complicated for parents and students alike," said Sen. Franken. "From filling out college applications and financial aid forms, to understanding financial aid packages and ultimately paying for an education, these are some of the most important decisions a family can make. My office is committed to helping Minnesota families understand all of their options and bringing resources to help them through the process."
Key members of Sen. Franken's staff will be hosting "College Affordability Resource Nights" across Minnesota to help families understand their best options for paying for college. The events will be led by Sen. Franken's Minnesota Education Advisor Dan Solomon and will include financial aid information and a presentation from a local college financial aid counselor. The event is free and open to the public. Please see details below for each meeting. All times are from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
