Flu Shots Available at the School Based Clinic
Due to strong demand the School Based Clinic staff will be providing flu-shot days available to all STUDENTS who have a clinic consent and flu-consent on file on Wednesday and Thursday January 23rd -24th , 2013 during the school day. Please go to the school clinic’s webpage for both the general clinic consent and flu-consent and have these forms filled-out before your visit.
