We are experiencing significant problems with our electronic gradebook and then what displays on the Parent Portal. At this point, please assume what information you are seeing on the Parent Portal does not reflect your son's or daughter grade as of today.
The District is working rapidly to correct the issue. It is equally frustrating here as we attempt to encourage students to do their best and keep families informed.
As quickly as I have confidence that the system is repaired, I will let you know.
Please do not have those strong, supportive conversations with your child until you (and we) know the information posted is correct. The long weekend will allow for time to make the corrections. At the same time I know you are anxious to celebrate with your children.
Remember there is no school for students on Friday, January 18 and the school is closed on Monday, January 21.
