Flu Shot Clinic - Tuesday, October 15, 2013; 4:00 to 7:00 PM
Everyone 6 months and older
should get a flu vaccine every year. If you family has health insurance,
please bring insurance cards. If not, vaccine will be provided at no
cost. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a
parent/guardian
