It is COLD outside
Southwest High School and Minneapolis Schools are operating at regular times. It is very cold outside and remember to bundle up and keep warm.
It is January in Minnesota and these weeks are some of the coldest of the winter season. If you need to walk or wait on a bus - remember the exposed skin can be damaged in below zero temperatures especially if there is a wind adding to the chill temperatures.
Currently the temperatures including the wind chill are in the okay zone but that does not mean one does not have to take precautions. It is cold out there!
