Have you got a great candid photo from the band trip? Did you go on a college visit with AVID and take a great group shot? We want to include everyone in the creation and the final product of the Southwest High School Yearbook. You can submit a photo to the yearbook here , in order to be considered by the editors, you need to include your contact information and identify anyone in the photo. You will need the SW Job # 403379 to submit photos but you WILL NOT need any password tosubmit a photo. Here's a Tutorial on how to upload a picture!

If you have
any trouble uploading your photo, you can just send an email to Mr.
Ries, the yearbook advisor, with the photo attached. List the names
of anyone in the photo, we cannot accept photos without attribution.
Southwest High School Yearbook Senior Portraits for the Yearbook-
Deadline is coming – January 15th!
If you don’t want to use your Lifetouch photo for your senior
portrait, seniors can submit their portraits for the yearbook here.
You will need the SWHS School Project number, which is 403379. You
do not need a password so you can leave that field blank. Please use a
high resolution (>1 megapixel) photo. If you have any trouble
uploading your photo, you can just send an email to Mr.
Ries, the yearbook advisor, with the photo attached. Be sure to give
the name of the senior in the email.

Yearbook Release Forms– We are still missing some Yearbook
Permissions!
Did you know that if you haven’t returned your Media Release form,
or didn’t specify a yearbook release when you returned it, we are unable to
include your student in the yearbook? If you see your student’s first name and
last initial and the correct grade, please sign and return this form
(Somali Language here;
Spanish here)
to the Media Center at SWHS. We’d rather get duplicate forms than leave
anyone out of the yearbook!
Please
note: We DO NOT order yearbooks on “SPEC”. If
you want a yearbook for 2014, you need to order one ASAP! The printing
process requires finalization of order numbers January 15th.
We do not want to disappoint anyone who’d like a yearbook, but the cost to
order unsold books is prohibitive. You can verify, by first name and
grade, whether you’ve ordered a yearbook here.
(This is current as January 10th) Students can see the list
posted in the Commons and outside the Media Center.
