Do You Have Bikes You Have Outgrown?

Do you have bikes your kids have outgrown? Bikes collecting dust in your garage?

Need to make room for your car before the snow comes? We can help!

Free Bikes 4 Kidz is a local non-profit whose mission is to help all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing bikes to those most in need. The public donates gently used bikes, we organize thousands of volunteers to clean and refurbish them, and then we work through community organizations to give the bikes to kids in need. Last year we gave away 5,000 bikes!

Please consider donating a bike this year during FB4K school collection day on Saturday, October 25th at Burroughs Community School, 1601 West 50th street, anytime between 10-2pm at the East end of the parking lot.  We accept gently used tricycles, kids bikes and adult size bikes.  You will receive a tax receipt for your contribution, and will bring great joy to a child!

Also, if you and your children would like to volunteer on donation day, or you have questions, please contact Maureen Vischer, FB4K School Site Coordinator, at mkvischer@yahoo.com
