Sixty crews have been working hard to make driving safe. But the freezing snow/sleet makes the intersections very slippery - especially on the side streets around school. Please use an alternate route than the little hill on 47th. Leave that for the morning buses.
Take extra time for walking and finding a parking spot. Sidewalks remain covered and slippery. When driving or walking around school please be extra slow and careful. Leave for school and work earlier and allow for the street and sidewalk conditions.
