Be very careful!! The street and sidewalk surfaces aer freezing. As the Daylight continues to dawn the walks and streets will get worse. Be very careful on steps, walks and surfaces. All the intersections are very slippery.
Please plan extra time . Plan to walk carefully and will walking will be dangerous.
