What: Preliminary ACT PLAN exam
When: 8:30 a.m.-Tuesday November 19th
Where: SWHS West Gym
Why: Practice doesn’t always make perfect, but the PLAN can help you understand the “real ACT” format and content, leading to potential improvement in tested areas and understanding your strengths/weaknesses.
English: 50 Questions-30 minutes (Punctuation, Grammar and Rhetorical Skills)Mathematics: 40 Questions-40 minutes (Pre-Algebra, Elementary Algebra, Coordinate and Plane Geometry)
Reading: 25 Questions-20 minutes (Prose Fiction, Social Sciences, Humanities)
Science: 30 Questions-25 minutes (Data Representation, Research Summaries, Conflicting Viewpoints)
