The PSAT/NMSQT Examination will take place here at Southwest
High School on Wednesday, October 28th from 8 AM to Noon in the West
and East Gyms. Registration is online at: https://user.totalregistration.net/PSAT/241680.
We highly recommend all of our juniors take this exam as it is a
qualifier for some scholarships including the National Merit Scholarship
Program. Sophomores may take this test for practice if they choose to do so.
We understand that this test is taking place on the last day
of the quarter. If you teach juniors please plan your lessons/exams accordingly
as this date was the best option available.
I will be putting posters in teachers' mailboxes within the next
few days to remind students to register prior to October 19th.
