Red Ribbon Week - October 21-27, 2012
Every October, during Red Ribbon Week, schools around the country encourage young people to live a drug-free life.
Alcohol is the most commonly used drug by youth—more than all illegal drugs combined, in fact. That's why MADD wants to help young people take a stand against underage alcohol use, help schools educate young people about the dangers of alcohol and equip parents to have potentially lifesaving conversations about alcohol with their kids.
This Red Ribbon Week, whether you are a teen, parent or educator, use your power to make a difference and save lives.
