Construction Communication is Critical

Communication is critical.  Regardless of how you do it, where you put or the form you put it in, someone does not see it or understand it.

Below of some of the sources and resources we are using to attempt to maintain a flow of communication.  If you have questions, please ask.

Announcements will continue to inform students as needed.  Notices are placed on walls or lockers to communicate actions.  Daily messages are delivered to staff to assist in the continuing developments.

this is the Southwest web site.  On the right site is the construction information.  Has been there for the last couple months.  There is up to the moment information, questions and answers for families and students.  There are even some pictures.  That site will stay current.

Southwest Catch the Wave
Has been posting info for the past year.  The construction news is not in one thread.  In the early stages there was a post about once a week and then as the time approached, the posts are more frequent.  The blog will continue to maintain a current information stream for families and students.

Please review these sites for your own information.  Please inform your students and families of these resources in staying current.

The Weekly Bulletin will continue to post Construction information that goes home to all family email addresses and others who have subscribed to the service.  The Bulletin goes out every Friday.  If a student’s family is not receiving the Bulletin, please ask for that family email and we will make sure their contact information is corrected.
