Southwest Class of 2018 Needs Volunteers may 20

9^th Grade Picnic.  Volunteer Opportunity!

On Wednesday May 20^th, 2015 all 9^th grade teachers, support staff, and students will gather at Lake Harriet Beard's Plaisance for our 3^rd annual 9^th grade picnic.  Weather permitting, students will play games, relax, and dance with their friends while upper-class students DJ. To make this picnic a success, we need your help. 

Please consider volunteering your time to help in any of the following areas:

1)      Purchase food/supplies and get the food/supplies to the park.

2)      Set-up at the park (coolers, tables, grill, etc.)

3)      Serve/cook food

4)      Clean-up/breakdown
