I have scheduled a Flu Vaccine clinic for Tuesday, October 15, 2013; 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the (far)
corner of the lunchroom. Please print & post the attached
flyer in your classroom. All are welcome. If you have insurance
BRING YOUR CARD, there is NO Copay. Vaccines
are FREE to those who are uninsured. Anyone under 18 years of age
must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
