Southwest Math Team
The Southwest Math Team is hosting a competition. Any student from
Southwest High School is invited to take part in the American Mathematics
Competition, which is an international competition hosted by The Mathematical
Association of America.
The exam is a 75 minute, 25 question multiple choice test without
a calculator. The student with the highest score in the schoolearns a spot on
one of our award plaques. Students with high enough scores qualify for the second
round of the competition to be held at a later date.
The exam will take place after school on Wednesday, February 19,
2014.
