Top Award - 1st Place Tracy Award goes to Evan Sowder and his art work pictured on the left.
Other Southwest award winners were:

Lydia Bickal,
Mackenzie Neaton, and
Mackenzie Pringle.
The Viva City 2011 Art Hxhibit will remain on display at the Minneapolis Downtown Central Library through March 29th. The exhibit in on the second floor Cargill Gallery
