The Southwest Speech Team participated in the 38-team Centennial High School tournament. Over 800 students competed in 13 different categories.
Southwest Speech Spectaculars were:

Sophia Deadly, third place Extemporaneous Speaking Honors
Maya Lassiter, Honorable Mention Discussion
