  • After Action Review - Meredith Fox, Executive Director, Office of Planning, Accountability & Performance Improvement
MPS recently instituted a new process called an "After Action Review" (AAR).  this is an opportunity to be more reflective in our practices and ensure that we move forward towards becoming a learning organization.  In practice, an AAR is a focused, candid discussion, following the completion of an event or process to reflect on what happened and inform future planning around the issue being discussed.

After Action Review Agenda

  • Discussion:  What did not go well for the DPAC in 2012-11 and 2011-12?
