Due to the school-wide testing, we will release students at
2 pm on November 18, 2014. Metro Transit is adding additional bussing on routes
to accommodate this early release. As
such, there will be NO busses picking up in front of the school at 3 pm.
On November 18, our 9th, 10th, and 11th
grade students will all take part in ACT testing. Ninth and 11th grades will take
preliminary EXPLORE and ACT tests, respectively, while 10th grade
will take the state-sponsored PLAN test. Seniors will experience a modified
bell schedule of their regular classes. With purposeful testing and deliberate
use of results, we expect that our students will grow in experience with,
understanding of, and performance on the ACT college admission test.
Ultimately, higher college admissions test scores provide students with more
college options upon graduation- and more scholarship money to help pay for
college.

Additional northbound route 6 buses scheduled to depart

Rt 6: 2 buses @ 205p

Rt 6: 2 buses @ 230p
We will provide additional eastbound route 46 buses to
depart the regular route 46 bus stop on 50th at Chowen at:
Rt 46A: 2 buses @ 210p
Rt 46A: 2 buses @ 220p
Rt 46X: 1 bus @ 230p
