Vaccination clinic for
All students, their families and school staff!
Everyone 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every year.
Vaccination for all is provided at no cost. If your family has health insurance, please bring insurance cards.
Funding for free flu vaccinations for uninsured children is provided by the
Kohl’s and Children’s Influenza Prevention Project for Kids.
Flu vaccinations administered by MVNA Registered Nurses.
