SWHS Students Emma Richman (freshman, violin) and Nora Doyle (junior, cello) are part of theLuna String Quartet which has been selected for the Featured Round of the Minnesota Varsity Musical Showcase for High School Musicians across the State on Classical Minnesota Public Radio. The Luna String Quartet can be heard on MPR (99.5) on Thursday, March 14 at 7am and 4pmplaying the String Quartet in f, first movement, by Felix Mendelssohn.
Nora Doyle is also a member of the Hartman, Warren, Doyle Piano Trio - another featured round selection, which aired on March 4.
Matthew Benbenek is a featured performer
