The building is cooler in the mornings. Now would be a good time to dress in layers. It is difficult to determine what the overnight lows are really going to be.
Last night was about 34 and I think that might have been the lowest so far this season. The building does cool down over night. We have not started the winter heating boilers. If we did by noon the building would be steamy. Once you get 2,000 bodies moving around it does warm up.
But dress in layers and wear what makes sense that period and in that room. Different parts of the building are warmer and cooler.
It is winter time.
