Not sure how to phrase it differently. If your child did not change any classes after the first three weeks, then it is fine.
However, if your child had any change in those first four weeks everything shows up. Your son/daughter may display two exactly the same classes. If you look at missing assignments you will see a mixture of both sets of classes for those first three weeks. The grade will show for both classes and in most cases one of those grades is bad.
We have been working on this problem for the past three weeks. We are as frustrated as you should be. Then have been some small fixes but nothing as settled as it should be. We will continue to work to correct this situation. As teachers we are working on an alternative strategy to communicate with you as this problem gets resolved. I will let you know when Parent Portal is reliable again.
