As if Homecoming is not exciting enough all by itself, we had our surprise Fire Drill this morning. We are pleased to say that it went well. Maybe a little slower than we would like, but it was orderly and followed our protocol.
All the Biology classes are in the auditorium for a large presentation. So that was a bit unusual. Provided a large number of students in the front of the building. But that was good practice for assemblies or other large gatherings.
We do nine required drills a school year. We certainly hope they are all drills. But we do practice to stay ready.
