2,000 people in a stadium yelling for their favorite school and team and people. Now that is high school in all its glory. The day ended smoothly and the Pepfest was a success. The weather was wonderful. Kids followed the marching band to the stadium and the yelling began.
Game tomorrow. Football starts with the Girls Powder puff at 9 am. The Parade begins at 10:00 am and the Homecoming Football game versus Roosevelt begins at 11:00 am.
It has been a busy week and an exciting one. With all the commotion and all the confusion, the week still went well. We have great kids with great school spirit. Today was purple day and it was a day of pride and a sea of purple.
