Flu clinic Wednesday, October, 27th 3:30- 5:30 PM
All students, their families and school staff!
Children 6 months and older and adults are invited.
***children/students under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian***
*Children will be vaccinated for free.
Uninsured adults will be asked if they can afford a donation of up to $14 to help cover the cost of vaccination.
If children or adults are insured, please:
Remember to bring your health insurance card!
Funding for free flu vaccinations for uninsured children is provided by the Kohl’s and Children’s Influenza Prevention Project for Kids.
Flu vaccinations administered by MVNA Registered Nurses.
